Standard cleaning includes:
Wipe down counters and the outside of appliances, inside the microwave, sink, wipe down bathroom counters, and sink, showers, mirrors, toilet, and light dusting. vacuum/sweep, mop.

Our Policies
Same-day cancellation: A fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be applied to cover travel and lost wages.
24 to 42 hours: cancellation within that time, there is no penalty. After 42 hours, there is a $50 cancellation fee.
Payment terms: payment is due before service starts. Payment types: cash, Cash App, or a credit card on file. No checks, please.
No payment, no cleaning!
Preparation requirements: Please have dishes cleaned out of the sink and put away unless it is a part of the cleaning package; you will be charged for an add-on if not. We don't organize messy areas unless it is a part of the cleaning package or an add-on.
It is up to you to clear cluttered areas so we can clean. If the area is not picked up, we do our best to clean around it. We may refuse to clean if there is a hazardous environment. (e.g.) mold, or severe biohazards, pet feces, human feces, or waste, etc.
Lockout fees: If the team arrives and cannot enter the location (e.g., no one is home, Incorrect keys, there is a fee of either
50% to up to the full cost of the service, to cover travel and loss of wages.
Pet policy: Please disclose what pets are there in advance ( type, size, behaviors). Have pets secured during cleaning (if needed).
DAMAGE/LIABILITY POLICY:
You will be notified if any damage occurs, and we will cover it.
Limits of liability: If there is pre-existing damage, or Unsecured Items, etc.

EMPLOYEE SAFETY POLICY:
No moving heavy furniture,
No cleaning at heights that exceed stepladders, no ceilings.
No exposure to biohazards or waste. Cleaners can opt out if the environment is unsafe
